D & S Tow, Inc., conducts a sealed bid auction procedure. Terms and conditions below.

Sealed bidding will begin Thursday 10am prior to auction day and continue until Auction Day at 10am.

No bids will be taken after the cutoff time of 10am Auction day.

Results will be announced by 11am Friday, via email or telephone notification.
- Photo ID is required of all people’s wanting to bid on auction vehicles.
- All vehicles must be paid by 2pm auction day.
- All vehicles must be picked up by noon the following Monday.
- All transactions are in cash only.
- Paperwork will be ready no sooner than 2pm on auction day unless other instructions are stated.
- All resale purchasers must have a resale card on file prior to the auction or sales tax will be charged.
- All sales are final. No refunds for any reason. Vehicle are sold 'AS IS' 'WHERE IS'
- Any person found to be tampering with an auction vehicle in any manner will be escorted from the property, all bidding rights revoked.
- Buyers are responsible for custody of all paper work. If duplicate paper work is needed, there will be a $50.00 charge.
- If vehicle is not picked up by Monday at noon following auction day, storage will be charged at the rate of $40.00 per day, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- There will be a charge of 35.00 for every forklift fee, service charge fee or facilitation fee.
- The catalog prepared and furnished by D & S Tow, Inc., is provided as a buyers guide only and under no circumstances should be relied upon as fact.
- There may be additional charges for the making of keys. If this charge is applied it will be noticed on the catalog on auction day.
- Failure on the part of any bidder to follow these conditions and rules may result in the termination of all bidding rights.
